Asante Kotoko players and technical team members were rescued by people in the village where their car got involved in a road accident.
The 23 times champions of Ghana were hit by a fatal road accident at the Nkawkaw-Kumasi highway on their return from Accra after a league defeat against Inter Allies on Sunday.
The football world and the nation have shown solidarity for Asante Kotoko.
